They said I can be on wic and one of the other moms on my base said wic provides you a breast pump. I'm about to pcs in the middle of this pregnancy so I've joined the buy/sell pages for my next base, and luckily I know another single mom out there so she's helping me out by giving me some stuff. also, check out your units frg group. lots of times the wives will have stuff from their kids they don't use anymore and they'll give it away or sell it for cheap to other moms

look up baby pages on Facebook for your area :) I got most of my stuff free, from car seat and stroller to bassinet :)

Not sure about military, but call your insurance also! Mine has a program that gives you neither a free stroller, car seat, or pack n play if you keep all your appointments. they also provide a free breast pump.
