im so proud of myself. Please no hate for what im gonna say but i have gone since i found out i was pregnant from a half a pack of cigarettes to 3 a day. im so proud this mommy is getting closer and closer to quitting:)

You're doing good. Cutting down is the best way to do it while pregnant. That way you don't stress yourself you. I'm getting there slowly with cutting down. It's hard when you've smoked for many many years. No hate towards you hunny you're doing a great job

Everyone has to start some where.... Your baby health is the most important thing. If your trying to get better that's all anyone can ask of you.... Good job... I encourage you to keep trying.
