No problem. I went thru that a lot. unfortunately I had a lot of back and side labour but hopefully it'll be better for you.

I got ones like that and I was told it's false labour pains

I think the cramps are normal, I've just started getting them the past few days, as long as they aren't regular patterns, but I'm going to check with my Dr when I go in on Thursday
