Hi girls! I just wanted to say I notice a lot of girls are having trouble with their spouses/childrens fathers. I want you to know you and your children are worth WAY more! I see too many girls going through heart ache and feeling sorry their baby dads aren't more involved. Life is too short to spend it waiting for a man to change, take it from someone who spent 8 years (and the best of my 20s) trying to do so. Live happy!! Let go of that man! Yes we all wish the man was more involved, we can't wrap our heads around why they dont want to be with or love their children the way we do as mothers. Stop trying to figure it out! LOVE your children GUIDE your children! I promise you your life will be MUCH HAPPIER BECAUSE YOU ARE ALL THEY NEED! xoxo

It took me 5 years to realize I can live without my ex. It was really hard though but I met my husband soon after and it was so worth it!

I love your words of encouragement! I was a single teen mom. Looking back 17 years later it was for the best. Sometimes in some situations it's a blessing in disguise.

I'm a nurse too. How crazy. I don't regret my kids but I sure wish I would have made better choices on who I had them with.
@junebaby, you wish so bad that you could have that precious time back and do it the right way..lol my situation is almost the same as yours! Met the love of my life and finished nursing school, couldn't be happier!
Totally agree. I wasted my 20's on trying to make a relationship work that was never going to and my kids suffered because of it. I finally moved on and found the love of my life who is the best thing that has happened to my kids and I. I finished school and am so happy now.
