I had cramping to the point where I had to sit down. I could barely focus so if you bleed it's bad but cramps can get bad

As long as your not bleeding like a period your fine. Spotting is normal too.

Slight cramping, like uncomfortable, gas like. I've also had miscarriages and I know how heart breaking they are. Only need to worry if you have severe cramps, that get worse, or bright red bleeding. Good luck!
