Does the daddy cut off the umbilicord? or does the doctor do it? I seen something where the doctor cuts it off right away but I want my fiance to cut it?

He can cut it just tell the doctor before baby is out
Yeah I'm planning on waiting a good 10 mins I heard it helps a lot!
the dad is usally asked if he wants to... but make sure they wait at least two mins before cutting it helps extra blood flow which helps with babies health
