Yeah until you can't breathe anymore if you lay on it. I personally stopped about a month ago just so I could begin to get used to not doing it

I'm 38 weeks and still can. kinda. i just turn my abdomen a little and just put a pilow under my tummy and I'm good. but you can lay on your tunny until its uncomfortable for you.
