so today I bought a journel to keep track of my food intake and my workout log....hope it's not to late to start this im 29weeks tomorrow but have been doing cardio 3-4 days aweek already...just trying not to gain too much more these last 11 weeks...wish me luck :-)

as long as u eat nutritious foods 80-90% of the time and get some kind of cardio/light strength training in for at least 20-30mins most days of the week u should be good. I'm 37 weeks and have gained a total of 30 lbs so far and have done low impact/prenatal workouts and eat well most of the time minus unhealthy cravings here and there since I was 4 months(20 wks).
