I was getting them really bad to I took extra strength Tylenol and a coke and it helped. My headaches had me in tears but that always seemed to work for me.

does lying down work for you. sure doesn't for me😣... imma try Tylenol.. but I'm sire pretty it will have no effect neither. it never did!

I get them too constantly and tyenol doesn't help my doctor told me to lay down in a quite dark room with my eyes closed
