I was going through the same thing up until a week ago. Tums stopped working for me. I don't know if you're trying to stay away from meds and be all natural, but Zantac works wonders for me. Plus it's on my dr.'s safe list and you can get otc at any pharmacy.

Try to put an extra pillow under ur head. Thats suppose to relieve the heartburn.
