I'm anemic so I have to take iron pills and my first pregnancy I always threw it back up when I took them n this pregnancy ive went through so many different iron pills even small one but still throw them up so I try eating all the foods that have iron in them especially beans n I'm still supossed to be taking them but omg I can't cause I hate throwing up

mine is slightly low but my Dr doesn't want me raking iron so it depends on the dr

I take iron pills. just stay eating your greens. And thing high in iron.

they may want you to just take an over the counter supplement. they may not. every docs opinion is different on what's low & what's fine
