I cut caffeine out of my diet completely when I found out I was pregnant. I was a Starbucks junkie and a V8 energy psycho! It was surprisingly easy but lately I've really been wanting an iced coffee so badly I can taste it! I was wondering if one iced coffee from Burger King or something would do damage if I only had one a week? I'm sure it won't but I'm paranoid.... :( did anyone else stay drinking coffee?

I have a coffee a day... I was the same way.. I had a coffee and 2 redbulls... Going to school full time and then bartending 4-2am was hard LOL needed caffiene. But now I'm just a coffee a day and baby is great! Actually measuring a head 😁
No, both my babies slept amazingly as infants.. And we're calm..
Is it true that it makes them more temperamental and less likely to sleep ? That's what I heard but being this is my first I couldn't be sure if there was any truth to that.
@brie127, I agree, I drank coffee and soda day in and day out with my first two and they both came out perfect..
I drink coffee every morning.. And tea during the day.. Doctor told me not to worry about that and I'm not.. I tried to cut it at first but I got very stressed and she said it was safer for the baby if I just kept drinking caffeine..
I drink coffee a couple times a week.
I still do my frappes just in moderation. I love iced coffee
I do decaf drinks at Starbucks.. I don't taste a huge difference.
I have coffee like 2x a week I can't let it go completely from what I've read it's ok in moderation..
Not a problem. Don't get paranoid, I'm pretty sure you'll do fine.
Yes! That's also something to consider! Thanks ladies :)
Once a week should be fine. Just know that also chocolate has caffeine in it and sodas that you might drink (if you do)
I drank coffee through my whole first pregnancy and second pregnancy. (not as much the second time, I tried replacing it with hot chocolate instead) and both of my children were fine :)
