Physical therapy went good for my back pain from pregnancy I would recommend anyone at any week of pregnancy if you are having bad back pain see if your insurance covers it its definitely worth it Ill be going twice a week until my baby is born . Feel relaxed now.☺

hmmm maybe I should look into it I have a spot at the bottom of my back on the right side that always hurts and catches.. The other night I got up to pee and I couldn't stand up straight :(
