Diapers. Wipes. Binkys. Blankets. Extra clothes. Extra Breast pads. Extra shirt for you. Burp rags. Hat both sun hat and warm hat like a beanie. Now I keep toys and a book to but I only put those in around 5 months

What chhaya said plus a spare shirt for you in case you leak or get spit up on and if you're breast feeding you may want some breast pads, nipple cream, & a nursing cover

Diapers, wipes, burp cloth, extra clothes for baby in case of accident (include hat, scratch mitts & socks). Pacifier if using one. Booger sucker. Diaper rash cream. Thermometer. Gas drops. If you're formula feeding then formula & bottles & a bottle of water ( needs to be kept fresh). That's all I can think of
