That's really does help them, I've done it lots of babies and they mostly get relief from that. It even works for gas. And it relaxes them. Good luck :)

you can try apple or apple prune juice. about an ounce and I always added an ounce or warm water to dilute it a bit but its not uncommon for them to go a few days.

my daughter is only two months my doctor recommended prune juice, theres a Gerber one it works alright, she poops once every two to three days , its scary
