@kaity0117, we'll baby girl first of all pray, then step away if you have too, as far as sleep try to sleep when baby sleeps, and for the stuff nose, you may have to get a humidifier and put some Vicks in it or sit in the bathroom with the baby and the door closed and let the steam open baby up, I know it's easier said then done but just try and be calm cause when u are upset baby can feel that and will get more agitated, and as far as diapers tell honey that you need help and how overwhelmed you are, I hope you feel better 😘😉

I am doing my best. Last night I was already trying to hold back tears cause he's not latching properly... He's got a stuffy nose and it makes it hard for him. And then he pooped and peed on me... TWICE! And he started gagging and turned really red... It didn't look like he was breathing and I think I cried for about 5 hours straight after that. My boyfriend slept through the whole thing... Which is why I'm night shift and he's day shift... But he has a weak stomach and doesn't like to change diapers so I do it all day and night I am just overwhelmed... Overwhelmed by everything new, the no sleep, my own negative thoughts... About myself and my amazing son who I can't seem to connect with. I just don't know what to do... Just trying to take it day by day.@mrssabby
