perennial massages are a must from what I hear. I'm nervous too!

I believe so cause he was the same weight as your daughter & my first baby was almost 8lbs & I went natural with him also & didn't tear at all either soo I guess if you're gonna tear you're gonna tear! but I heard that sperm helps with tearing also so who knows

I had episiotomy with my first and tore with my second. I did not tear with my other two.

I tore with my first 6 lbs 15oz and my second 7 lbs 7oz. However the second time wasn't as bad as the first time I tore.
